SIG supply the Newtown apartment development at Northern Cross on the Malahide Road with Unilin PIR floor insulation and Rockwool Rainscreen Duo.

Gem Construction are the main contractor of the Newtown apartment development at Northern Cross on the Malahide Road. Once complete, the development will range in height from 8-10 storeys and comprise of 331 build-to-rent (BTR) apartments.

The estimated €72m development will feature a mix of apartments and duplexes and will also contain a variety of amenities. These will include a creche, gym, retail and café units, open greens and play areas, all contained within the development.
