The thickness of this slate is one of the most consistent available in the Irish Market. Capco Nova® Green slate is quite unique in that it does not have any Iron or Quartz content. This slate is cost effective with a beautiful appearance. It requires minimal grading due to its uniform thickness, however, it will require additional attention when cutting on site and should only be cut using a disc machine to avoid excessive breakage. Brazilian slates should be fixed using stainless steel hooks and appropriate nails.
